Grainne Anderson Grainne discovered her love for dance at the young age of three and has rarely been separated from her dance shoes since. While attending both Digges Lane Dance Studio and Helan Jordan Stage School, Dublin she soon learned the ropes and has trained in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Musical Theatre and Performance. Grainne has worked with Fitkids and Stretch ‘n’ Grow where she has gained extensive experience of working with young children in both a dance and fitness background. Upon moving to Edinburgh Grainne continued her training at Telford College and now teaches many Dance and Fitness classes for all ages groups throughout Edinburgh. Grainne has recently become fanatical about Hula Hooping and loves the fact that it really puts the fun into fitness! Grainne has been teaching Hula Hoop classes at various venues across Edinburgh and loves spreading her love of Hooping to all age groups. | Tracy Griffen - Fitness and Aerobics
Instructor Tracy uses a weighted and padded hoop in her 1 2 1 fitness sessions as part of a whole fitness programme. She teaches her clients how to keep the hoop up, and then allows them to practise and times their best attempts. Her focus is primarily using the hoop to trim the tummy area, get the heart rate up and give her clients some comic relief during their sessions. 1 2 1 fitness sessions with hooping can take place at a client's home, or in a public park.
